Good questions
How far in advance should I book?
At least two weeks before your event. One month ahead is preferable, but we're flexible as long as your chosen date is available — so reach out even if it's sooner.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at signing to reserve your date.
Is there a booking minimum?
Every booking has a 4-hour minimum of bar service.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We are dry hire only. Wanderhive does not provide alcohol, nor will we accept payment to purchase alcohol. We will advise and make suggestions for clients based on their specific needs.
What areas do you serve?
We regularly serve the Inland Empire, Orange County, LA County, and San Bernardino and Riverside counties — but we're not limited to them. Tell us where your event is and we'll let you know.
Can you create custom drinks for my event?
Absolutely — it's what we do. Our syrups are handmade and every menu is tailored to you, so no two Wanderhive events are ever the same. Share your ideas in the special requests field.
